Annu Augustine

Annu Augustine is a product management coach and consultant working with product teams and leaders across Africa to build products that create impact. She is the founder of NedRock, a product management training and consulting company established in 2016 to help organisations strengthen their product capabilities and elevate the role of product across the continent.

With over 25 years of experience spanning software engineering and product leadership, Annu has worked with a diverse range of organisations - from early-stage startups and scaling technology companies to some of Africa’s largest and most established institutions with a pan-African presence. She focuses on helping organisations adopt modern product discovery practices and transition from feature-driven delivery to outcome-driven product teams.

Annu is a regular speaker at product conferences across Africa and was named one of the 50 Most Inspiring South African Women in STEM (2018). She is also the founder of the Cape Town Product Meetup, one of the continent’s longest-running product communities, and actively mentors emerging product leaders and startups.

She is passionate about strengthening Africa’s product ecosystem and supporting the next generation of product leaders.
