Rosetta Idiodi-Ogara is a senior global People and Talent leader with more than two decades of experience building scalable, inclusive, and future-ready talent organizations across Africa, Asia, and Europe. She currently serves as Talent Acquisition Director at a fortune 500 company, where she leads global preboarding service delivery strategy for a highly complex, multinational workforce supporting innovation in energy, digital, and industrial technologies.

Throughout her career, Rosetta has held progressive leadership roles across talent acquisition, HR shared services, workforce transformation, and employee experience, with deep expertise in operating global hubs, managing large-scale change, and embedding equity, inclusion, and leadership development into business strategy. Her work has consistently focused on enabling organizations to attract, develop, and retain high-impact talent in rapidly evolving markets.
